e ouvir com os olhos. (seeing with hands and hearing with the eyes) Seeing is better with one’s hands. As the eyes covert, the hands want to touch. This interactive installation is an invitation to touch and touch’s capacity to generate pleasure, information, memories and art. Each object responds to touch by resonating sounds.

Selected objects, reminiscent of life in the mountain city Covilhã, known for their epic wool and textile industry until the mid-20th century. Cables, custom made PCB circuit, sound system.
