Burel Mountain Originals Bubble
Commissioned by the house Burel mountain originals, a series of pieces were created from the same raw material produced by the Burel factory. Disengaging the material from industrial production early on and taking the ancient path of hand felting wool to make ornaments that defy the architype of textile and come closer to sculpture and painting. I call them also Impossible textiles, an agglomeration of wool, linen, silk and cotton in singular ornamental pieces. named and released in capsule collections, numbered and signed. 2015 to 2020- S/S and A/W capsule collections
